Protection de l'emballage d'Aircraftspruce: votre avis ?

Bonjour
Thanks for your inquiry regarding the shipment of floats. After some investigation I discovered that you personally placed this order online and requested USPS Postal Service. When requesting USPS Postal service for small items such as this, the way they were packaged is pretty common. We have many methods for shipment and we provided you with options online at check out. Also, you have the ability of putting notes on the order in the event that you need us to do something special. In most cases had we shipped this in a box, we would be getting an email from the customer complaining that the should have put it in a padded envelope. The only thing I can suggest in the future is to use an alternate method of shipment or simply request we put the items in a box. I assure you that we commonly send items of this nature all over the world in this same type of envelope when USPS Postal is requested and haven't had any issues that have come across my desk. If there is anything else I can help you with or you have any issue with my response, by all means please let me know.
Warm Regards,
